Tiffany & Co. Team Manager role in Edmonton, Canada. Lead sales, client experience, and operations at luxury jewelry retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to orchestrate exceptional client experiences and achieve commercial and profitability targets
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, modeling the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) and coaching team members on service excellence standards
- Drive sales performance by deepening client relationships, managing individual KPIs, and leading client development activities across the team
- Actively demonstrate sales leadership through personal client engagement and relationship management
- Execute operationally with a client-centric approach, delivering Tiffany Touch moments at every touchpoint
- Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience Index and improve customer satisfaction
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent while continuously training, coaching, and providing qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance
- Establish and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
- Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multilingual, highly skilled talent
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and executing best practices and continuous improvement opportunities
- Manage back-of-house operations and ensure consistency with established procedures and internal control compliance
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique, memorable client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and achievement of sales results
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Proficiency with client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in a sales or client-facing role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving commercial results.
Education
Preferred: Bachelor's degree from a college or university. Preferred: Graduate Gemologist degree or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework.
