Tiffany & Co. Team Manager in Edina, Minnesota. Lead luxury retail sales and operations, drive client experiences, and manage high-performing teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support sales and operations staff to deliver client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences in partnership with the Store Director
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets and KPIs
- Drive client development activities and cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, modeling Tiffany Touch moments and ensuring brand experience expectations are maintained
- Train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to improve team engagement and performance
- Act on NPS performance and client feedback to enhance customer service
- Champion operational efficiency, manage back-of-house operations, and ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Assume store oversight when the Director is not present
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in hospitality or related fields. Proven ability to develop new opportunities, maintain client relationships, and drive brand recognition in market. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrated track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results.
Education
College or university degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
