Tiffany & Co. seeks a Team Manager in Denver to lead store sales, operations and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales and operations team to consistently meet or exceed store commercial targets and KPIs.
- Assume operational oversight of the store in the Director’s absence, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.
- Own client development and retention strategies, deepening relationships and delivering signature 'Tiffany Touch' moments across the customer journey.
- Drive product-pillar selling and category performance while personally managing key client relationships.
- Model and teach exceptional service standards, act on NPS and client feedback to continually elevate the in‑store experience.
- Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent; implement performance management, recognition and training to build a high‑performing, diverse team.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining back‑of‑house efficiency, compliance with internal controls and continuous improvement of store processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing leadership (hospitality experience acceptable).
- Proven track record of driving sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexible availability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Skills
Experience
3+ years of retail or luxury retail store management with demonstrable success in sales generation, client development and team leadership. Experience may include progressive roles in hospitality or other high‑touch customer environments.
Education
College/university degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 93,500 to USD 132,000 per annum.
