Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience.
- Act as the store's oversight authority in the absence of the Director, ensuring seamless operations.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive client development activities and motivate the team to achieve store commercial goals.
- Provide management presence on the sales floor, ensuring the delivery of the Tiffany client experience.
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance climate.
- Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Mandarin speaking ability.
