Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support sales, operations, and security team members to achieve or exceed store sales targets and enhance the Tiffany store experience
  • Assume oversight of the store in the absence of the Director, ensuring continuity of operations and service excellence
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets across product categories while managing relevant KPIs
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed store sales targets
  • Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing relationships
  • Demonstrate active sales leadership on the sales floor and personally manage key client relationships
  • Lead and coach the team based on client feedback to elevate the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI)
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching team members and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are met consistently
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create distinctive client experiences
  • Address TEI performance and client feedback to continuously improve customer service standards
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent to foster a high-performance culture
  • Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to team members using recognition and performance management processes
  • Network and recruit to build a diverse and multilingual talent pipeline
  • Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned with strategic priorities and key results
  • Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service effectiveness
  • Manage back-of-house operations efficiently while maintaining consistency with established procedures
  • Identify and execute operational efficiencies and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-related experience such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)

Experience

Education

College or university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is also preferred.
