Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations team to orchestrate client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
  • Lead the store during the Director's absence and provide management presence on the sales floor
  • Build and maintain a climate of service excellence, modeling the Tiffany Touch in client interactions
  • Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships to achieve sales and product category targets
  • Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members using reward and recognition to enhance engagement and performance
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique luxury experiences
  • Ensure exceptional operational support, manage back-of-house efficiency, and maintain compliance with established procedures
  • Act on NPS performance and client feedback to continuously improve customer service

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
