Tiffany & Co. Team Manager role in Bangkok. Lead retail sales operations, manage team performance, and deliver luxury client experiences. Permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales team members to achieve and exceed individual sales targets with emphasis on client relationship building
- Build and nurture internal and external client relationships through strategic commercial engagement and portfolio development
- Collaborate with Store Manager to organize and host client events that enhance brand engagement
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed expectations and reinforce brand standards
- Develop and communicate product expertise and sales training modules to team members
- Supervise, train, and mentor designated staff and supervisors with focus on performance improvement
- Support recruitment processes and oversee onboarding activities for new team members
- Execute key-holder responsibilities including store opening, closing, and security protocols
- Work flexibly across sales floor, operations, and other business areas as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience
- Proven sales experience in retail or related customer-facing environments (hospitality, events, banking, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in sales generation and achievement of sales targets
- Experience working toward and managing performance targets and key performance indicators
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with both clients and staff
- Event organization experience (preferred)
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or customer-facing sectors such as hospitality, events management, or banking. Proven track record of generating sales, achieving sales results, and managing teams toward performance targets.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required. Post-secondary education or retail management certifications preferred.
