Team Manager position at Tiffany & Co. Madrid. Lead sales, service, and operations for luxury jewelry retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed store sales targets and product category KPIs
- Lead client relationship development activities to cultivate new and existing clientele
- Demonstrate active sales leadership through personal client engagement and floor presence
- Coach and mentor team members based on client feedback and service expectations
- Provide management oversight and ensure delivery of Tiffany client experience standards across all touchpoints
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create distinctive client experiences
- Act on client feedback to drive continuous service improvement
- Attract, hire, and retain diverse, multilingual talent; build a pipeline of skilled candidates
- Provide qualitative feedback and utilize recognition programs to enhance team engagement and performance
- Set and communicate clear performance goals aligned with strategic priorities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience

- Proven client relationship management and brand penetration expertise
- Spanish and English language fluency (mandatory); third language preferred
- Flexibility to work across various roles based on business needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent client-related experience in hospitality. Demonstrated success in sales generation, client relationship development, and brand market penetration.
Education
College or university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.
