Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading sales, operations and security teams to achieve and exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Assume overall store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales and operations staff to elevate client service, drive clienteling activities and grow wallet share.
- Provide visible management presence on the sales floor, model the Tiffany client experience and act on client feedback and NPS to improve service.
- Drive sales performance through category focus, KPI monitoring and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Manage back-of-house operations to ensure procedural compliance, inventory integrity and efficient store workflows.
- Recruit, evaluate and deliver regular performance feedback, leveraging recognition and development programmes to increase engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of sales management experience in retail, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and developing client relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust, integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to operate across sales and operations roles and adapt to changing business needs.

Minimum five years of progressive sales management experience within retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
University degree preferred but not mandatory.
