Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for Internal Manufacturing roles (craft, engineering, CAD, operations) across levels from coordinator to director, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, background checks and I‑9 verification.
  • Lead recruitment for the Summer Internship Program and other early‑career initiatives, partnering with universities, HBCUs and external vendors to build diverse pipelines.
  • Design and deploy strategic sourcing methodologies (career fairs, professional organizations, referrals, new technologies) to attract talent for both hard‑to‑fill and volume roles.
  • Manage employer branding and external partnerships to expand early‑career and manufacturing talent networks and represent the brand at industry and campus events.
  • Support relocation, sign‑on bonus and referral payment processes, liaising with vendors and HR to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Administer grants and reimbursements from the Department of Labor (DLT) for trainee and upskilling programs, owning applications, follow‑up and reimbursement cycles.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on staffing strategies, background‑check standards, process improvements and cross‑functional TA projects (e.g., learning labs).
  • Maintain ATS/HCM data accuracy, produce referral and recruitment reporting, and provide analytics‑driven recommendations to hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full‑lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience with applicant tracking systems; experience with Oracle ATS preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse hiring data, draw conclusions, and influence hiring decisions.
  • High attention to detail and strong relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Customer‑service orientation with the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, written and verbal, to support outreach within Spanish‑speaking communities.
