Tiffany & Co. seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Los Angeles to lead retail recruitment across North America. Permanent, full-time role; $92,000–$110,000 annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to support and advance talent acquisition initiatives across the region
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including job specification verification, sourcing, candidate screening and shortlisting, and delivery of high-touch candidate experience to both active and passive candidates
- Participate in planning and execution of networking, recruiting, and hiring events to build talent pipelines
- Meet and exceed staffing metrics targets related to time-to-fill, new hire effectiveness, candidate experience, and recruitment efficiency
- Support company Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives throughout all recruitment processes
- Develop creative recruitment solutions and strategic talent pipeline approaches tailored to luxury retail markets
- Partner with HR Business Partners on employment brand marketing and best practices for the Northwest and Southwest regions
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences through all engagement touchpoints
- Maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws in all recruiting and hiring practices
- Provide input on process improvement opportunities through consistent cross-functional collaboration
- Leverage data analytics, market insights, and external networking events to understand competitive talent markets and identify internal improvements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related Human Resources function
- Customer-first mindset with proven ability to deliver exceptional, high-touch candidate experience to internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Creative, proactive, and innovative approach to attracting and engaging top talent
- Commitment to all-inclusive talent practices and diversity of thought in candidate sourcing and engagement
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for luxury retail, its history, heritage, and craftsmanship
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with capacity to re-prioritize consistently
- Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building capabilities and ability to establish credibility quickly
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced and diverse luxury retail environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or related human resources roles, with demonstrated success in luxury retail or premium consumer goods environments. Proven expertise in managing full-cycle recruitment at scale, including strategic sourcing, candidate management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment may substitute for formal degree requirement.
