Tiffany & Co. internship in Supply Chain at Paris. Support sales planning, inventory, and distribution across EMEA in this 6-month temporary role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor stock levels and targets across boutiques, identifying availability gaps and inventory risks
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to support distribution and replenishment decisions, ensuring optimal product availability
  • Support the Distribution Planning team in reviewing allocations and adjusting assortments based on market needs and performance
  • Identify stock imbalances and support regional rebalancing initiatives to improve inventory efficiency
  • Coordinate with Merchandising and Sales Planning to align inventory strategies with business objectives
  • Assist in product launches, store openings, and seasonal initiatives by coordinating inventory and distribution plans
  • Track stock movements between the regional distribution center and markets, resolving operational issues
  • Analyze sales performance and trends across EMEA markets and product categories
  • Monitor forecast performance and identify significant gaps versus expectations
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly sales planning activities by preparing analyses and consolidating business inputs
  • Support evaluation of new product launches and refine demand assumptions
  • Prepare reports and analysis for cross-functional discussions with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance stakeholders
  • Use Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools to analyze and visualize sales, inventory, and distribution performance
  • Maintain recurring reports and dashboards supporting team operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and visibility
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analyses addressing business questions and supporting decision-making
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives with Sales Planning, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams
  • Document and enhance existing processes and tools with fresh perspectives

Qualifications

  • Student in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions with available information
  • Genuine interest in cross-cultural collaboration and multilingual environments
  • Knowledge of analytics or planning tools such as Power BI or Anaplan (preferred but not essential)
