Supply Chain Analyst at Tiffany & Co. in New York—demand planning and gemstone supply analysis role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze monthly cycle data, creating reports for assessment and identifying supply or capacity constraints in collaboration with management
- Identify anomalies and outliers in source data, implementing process improvements and converting diverse data inputs into clear, actionable insights through numerical and graphical summaries
- Maintain and update standard daily, weekly, and monthly reporting schedules using JDE, Business Objects, and DAS to provide current pipeline visibility across the organization
- Quantify stone shortages and communicate constraints and priorities to cross-functional teams including Inventory Planning, Product Development, Finance, and Sourcing
- Translate finished goods demand into required polished production and procurement forecasts, maintaining visibility into diamond melee, gemstone, and pearl pipelines to identify potential constraints
- Manage monthly third-party stone procurement orders, grading priorities, and off-cycle reviews based on comprehensive data analysis and business product knowledge
- Monitor and participate in Product Development discussions to capture demand manually, quantify new launches, and assess stone requirements from loose inventory
- Support the diamond planning team during absences and represent the team in meetings and presentations when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, business analytics, or a related analytical role, with demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets and cross-functional teams
Education
Bachelor's Degree required
