Tiffany & Co. seeks Studio Design Consultant in New York to manage high-visibility creative projects, 3D assets, and vendor coordination for luxury brand installations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CVM Design teams to develop comprehensive vendor production packages and translate creative briefs into actionable specifications
- Create, develop, and maintain digital 3D asset files using industry-standard software
- Manage sample and prototype requirements throughout the production lifecycle
- Develop and maintain project timelines with clearly defined critical milestones and deliverables
- Provide proactive production status updates across all assigned projects, flagging key deadlines and dependencies
- Ensure rigorous quality control throughout production processes, maintaining luxury brand standards
- Participate in on-site installations, typically outside traditional business hours
- Research, identify, and source new vendors, materials, and production techniques to support creative objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of production experience in custom fabrication, creative production, or related field
- Proficiency in 3D design and visualization software (Rhino, VectorWorks, AutoCAD)
- Advanced expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
- Deep knowledge of materials, production techniques, fulfillment processes, and luxury brand quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in production, custom fabrication, or a related creative production field; demonstrated expertise in managing complex production timelines, vendor relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, product design, fine arts, or related discipline preferred.
