Tiffany & Co. seeks a Strategic Sourcing Senior Analyst in Cumberland, USA to drive supplier strategy and category management for jewelry manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supports Make vs. Buy supplier selection activities based on detailed knowledge of supplier capabilities, performance history, and relevant metrics
- Initiates new product development processes in coordination with divisional counterparts; manages and negotiates new product costs throughout development
- Communicates with divisional counterparts to meet sourcing strategy and organizational needs while ensuring continuous value contribution
- Works with management to identify and pursue cost reduction and process improvement opportunities within the supply chain
- Executes category management strategies and activities and strategic sourcing processes for assigned categories and sub-categories
- Partners with peers, manager, and director on corporate social responsibility initiatives and goals
- Leads the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for assigned categories to evaluate supply base and identify strengths and opportunities
- Conducts supplier market analysis, category analysis, and category risk analysis
- Develops and maintains supplier scorecards and key performance metrics
- Plans category strategies and conducts sourcing projects by engaging stakeholders and cross-functional resources
- Collaborates with cross-functional project teams such as New Product Integration to achieve optimal timing for product launches
- Ensures effective risk and compliance management throughout sourcing activities
- Inspires trust and integrity through professional presence and coaching behaviors; influences staff members through relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience, including 1–2 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data visualization and dashboard creation
- Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks within large datasets
- Proven ability to communicate complex subject matter clearly, concisely, and compellingly, both verbally and in writing
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience, including 1–2 years of dedicated project management experience. Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management, category strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration within a complex organizational environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Master's degree is preferred.
