Tiffany & Co. Team Manager position in San Francisco. Lead retail sales and operations with $110.5K–$156K salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations team to orchestrate client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
- Provide leadership presence on the sales floor, modeling service excellence and delivering Tiffany Touch moments at every client touchpoint
- Manage team motivation and drive achievement of store commercial targets, product category targets, and relevant KPIs
- Lead client development activities among team members to cultivate and expand relationships with new and existing clients
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and act on NPS performance and client feedback
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent through continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback; prioritize diversity and foster inclusive growth
- Ensure exceptional operational support through efficient back-of-house management and consistency with established procedures
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and identify operational efficiencies and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience such as hospitality. Proven ability to generate sales, achieve commercial results, and maintain client relationships within a luxury or high-service environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education
College or university degree desired.
