Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, guide, and support the sales and operations team to orchestrate client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
- Lead the store in the Director's absence with strong decision-making and collaborative leadership
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets and relevant KPIs
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Model the Tiffany Touch experience at every client touchpoint and provide consistent coaching to team members
- Provide management presence on the sales floor to ensure Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently delivered
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique and memorable experiences
- Continuously train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback using reward, recognition, and performance management processes
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent while fostering diversity and inclusive environments
- Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
- Ensure exceptional operational support and manage efficient back-of-house procedures
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and identify operational efficiencies
- Act on NPS performance and client feedback to drive continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or equivalent customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results
- Strong ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a service-excellence driven environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience such as hospitality. Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results. Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration.
Education
A college or university degree is desired but not required.
