Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Team Manager in Mexico City to lead store operations, drive sales and elevate client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and support sales, operations and security teams to meet or exceed store sales targets, product-category objectives and relevant KPIs.
- Assume store leadership and full managerial responsibility in the Director/Store Manager's absence.
- Drive client development activities across the team to cultivate new and existing clients and personally manage key client relationships.
- Model, coach and deliver an exceptional customer experience; elevate the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) through continuous feedback and frontline training.
- Provide visible management presence on the sales floor, ensuring service standards and hospitality create memorable customer moments.
- Attract, hire and retain top retail talent; implement performance management, rewards and recognition to maximise engagement and results.
- Optimise back-of-house operations and store hospitality; identify and implement efficiencies and best practices while ensuring internal control compliance.
- Set and communicate clear, ambitious goals aligned to strategic priorities and leverage training resources to drive team growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management — preferably in luxury retail or client-facing hospitality sectors with proven sales leadership and KPI delivery.
- Demonstrable track record in generating sales, developing client relationships and expanding market penetration for a premium brand.
- Flexible availability to cover varied store hours and to perform multiple roles (sales, operations, etc.) as business needs require.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and retain high-performing teams; strong people-management and performance-review experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and retail systems; strong digital literacy to use CRM and POS platforms effectively.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive store management experience in luxury retail or a related client-facing industry, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets, leading teams and improving client experience metrics.
Education
University degree preferred; Gemology qualification desirable.
