Role & Responsibilities
- Drive team accountability in delivering unparalleled service and achieving store KPIs including sales targets, client experience metrics, and operational excellence
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision incorporating sales acceleration, client engagement, and professional development of team members
- Lead by example and actively coach Client Advisors on the sales floor, providing mentorship and supporting continuous professional growth
- Cultivate deep market understanding, competitive intelligence, and strong community networks to enhance client experiences and market positioning
- Support store opening and closing procedures as a key holder, manage workforce planning, and ensure full compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures
- Create an inclusive and supportive team environment aligned with the brand philosophy that 'People Make the Difference'
- Inspire clients and teams through authentic brand storytelling that conveys Tiffany's heritage of craftsmanship, commitment, and integrity
- Demonstrate active listening, establish lasting client and team relationships through strategic questioning, and assess Client Advisor client development strategies

- Propose solutions to store leadership when facing challenges or identifying opportunities; support team adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working
- Collaborate with headquarters on testing, sharing feedback, and driving deployment and rollout of new tools and initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing sectors such as hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with diverse client bases
- Demonstrated expertise as a sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment
- Proven experience deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email platforms
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Graduate Gemologist degree or equivalent GIA coursework (preferred)
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality environments. Proven expertise in sales achievement, relationship building, clienteling practices, and deploying sales strategies within omnichannel luxury contexts.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Graduate Gemologist degree or completion of GIA coursework preferred.
