Tiffany & Co. seeks an experienced Store Team Manager in Cleveland to lead sales, operations, and guest experience, achieving commercial targets and building high-performing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to orchestrate client experiences that exceed commercial and profitability targets
  • Partner with the Store Director as a strong, decisive, and collaborative leader who builds a climate of service excellence and extraordinary client experiences
  • Embody LVMH values by cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering creativity and innovation, and delivering excellence across all initiatives
  • Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets and key product category KPIs
  • Drive client development activities and personal client relationship management to deepen engagement and cultivate new business
  • Deliver 'Tiffany Touch' moments at every client touchpoint and model exceptional service standards
  • Provide management presence on the sales floor, coaching team members and ensuring alignment with Tiffany experience expectations
  • Lead by example using client feedback and NPS performance data to continuously elevate service quality
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create distinctive, memorable experiences
  • Attract, hire, and retain top talent through rigorous recruitment and succession planning
  • Conduct ongoing training, coaching, and qualitative feedback; utilize reward, recognition, and performance management processes to enhance engagement and performance
  • Prioritize diversity and inclusion, foster team growth, and encourage an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Set and communicate clear, challenging goals aligned to strategic priorities and key results
  • Ensure exceptional operational support and manage efficient back-of-house procedures with consistency and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or equivalent customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality)
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achievement of commercial results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while strengthening brand recognition and market penetration
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College/university degree (desired)
