Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Team Manager in Boca Raton to lead sales, client experience and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership and operational oversight of the boutique, acting as the store lead in the Director’s absence to ensure continuity across sales, operations and security functions.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales and operations teams to consistently meet or exceed commercial targets, product category KPIs and profitability goals.
- Own the client experience: deepen client relationships, personally manage key accounts, and instil the Tiffany Touch across all guest touchpoints to drive NPS and loyalty.
- Drive client development and acquisition activities, translating product pillars and KPIs into measurable business results through targeted selling and clienteling.
- Recruit, retain and develop top talent by delivering ongoing coaching, performance feedback and recognition while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
- Champion operational excellence: maintain robust back‑of‑house procedures, ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with local and central teams to implement merchandising, events and hospitality initiatives that elevate brand desirability and store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer‑facing leadership in hospitality.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and achieving commercial objectives within a boutique or high‑end retail environment.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain client relationships and to drive client acquisition and penetration in market.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in retail or luxury store management or relevant customer‑facing leadership (e.g., hospitality), with a proven record of sales generation and team development.
Education
College or university degree preferred but not required.
