Tiffany & Co. Team Manager role in Austin, Texas—lead sales, operations, and guest experience to exceed commercial targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and develop sales and operations team members to orchestrate client experiences that meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets
- Partner with the Store Director to build a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences
- Embody LVMH values by cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering creativity and innovation, and delivering excellence
- Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets and product category KPIs
- Drive client development activities and personally manage key client relationships to deepen engagement
- Deliver Tiffany Touch moments at every client touchpoint and lead service excellence coaching based on feedback
- Maintain management presence on the sales floor, ensuring consistent delivery of Tiffany client experience standards
- Attract, hire, and retain top talent; continuously train and provide qualitative feedback using reward and recognition systems
- Prioritize diversity, cultivate inclusive environments, and support team growth and development
- Champion operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures, managing back-of-house operations
- Assume store oversight when the Director is not present
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Visio, and retail systems (POS and client tracking)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-facing experience such as hospitality. Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results. Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to work in various operational roles based on business needs.

College or university degree preferred but not required.
