Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of store projects, including new constructions, renovations, and remodels, ensuring timely and defect-free delivery.
  • Develop and manage project briefs, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments in alignment with Tiffany standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits and post-opening audits to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and conduct market research to source and qualify new suppliers.
  • Review lease terms and existing conditions to inform project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards and manage procurement processes for owner-furnished items.
  • Analyze cost efficiencies and supplier performance to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in store planning within a global luxury goods or fashion company, contractor, or developer.
  • Proven ability in managing full project lifecycles from site identification to facility management.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level.

Skills

Strong project management and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and Microsoft Project software. Analytical skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in store planning at a luxury goods or fashion company, contractor, or developer.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
