Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional in Toronto, Canada – full-time retail operations role combining inventory, service, and sales support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management with meticulous attention to the Tiffany Touch
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness through completion of daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, jewelry repairs intake, and adherence to company policies
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for product information, service, repairs, and shipping
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador
- Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the NPS program and implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities
- Apply deep knowledge of product, service, and care instructions to increase client satisfaction during each interaction
- Support commercial objectives by collecting client interaction data, handling internal and external communications, and partnering with Client Advisors to generate sales opportunities
- Challenge standards to seek continuous improvement and provide feedback on process changes through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to connect with clients and deliver exceptional service
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Authorization to work in Canada
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or operations experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work flexibly across retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain organizational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Education
College or university degree desired; high school diploma required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 27.83 per hour.
