Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Operations Coordinator in São Paulo to manage imports, inventory, e‑commerce logistics and 3PL relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end import operations (intercompany and third‑party suppliers), including shipment coordination, customs clearance and inbound logistics.
- Administer export and international pullback processes, preparing required documentation and generating system sales orders.
- Produce and control operational reports for inventory, sales and stock movements to inform replenishment and allocation decisions.
- Oversee Order Units (OUs) to ensure product flow and availability in coordination with global teams.
- Select and manage carriers and logistics partners, negotiating service levels and monitoring performance.
- Support inventory processes at store level, including cycle counts and full stocktakes, and coordinate stock rebalance between boutiques and e‑commerce.
- Operate and supervise e‑commerce logistics (Infracommerce) including receipts, transfers and inventory control.
- Plan and execute logistics for events, covering assortment planning, security and material movements.
- Define, monitor and report KPIs (lead‑time, logistics costs, turnover, stock coverage) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage third‑party warehousing operations, vendor compliance and audit processes, and act as focal point for all import/export and national logistics queries.
- Control area payments and liaise with store leadership to identify needs and operational solutions; lead strategic Supply Chain projects.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within retail or luxury goods.
- Availability to work a 6x1 shift schedule.
- Intermediate English (oral and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel emphasis).
- Demonstrable experience with import/export procedures, customs clearance and 3PL management.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with responsibility for imports/exports, warehouse/3PL oversight and inventory control—preferably in retail or luxury environments.
Education
Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related area.
