Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Operations Coordinator in Besiktas (Istanbul) to manage inventory, post‑sales service and store administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store merchandise lifecycle: receive inbound shipments, prepare inter-store transfers and process special orders/back orders.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability through daily high-value counts, cycle counts and preparation for the annual physical inventory.
- Coordinate price changes, SKU merges, re-classes and ticketing adjustments to maintain catalogue integrity.
- Oversee post‑sales client service including repair and engraving order entry, monitoring, estimates and completion tracking.
- Support the sales team on the floor as required and process merchandise requests in line with company procedures.
- Plan and support store events and marketing-specific merchandise requests (e.g., press shoots).
- Administer store supplies, packaging and hospitality; verify daily inventory reports and manage invoice approvals.
- Act as liaison with facilities and IT, follow up on audit issues, manage record retention and maintain operational systems.
- Perform daily cashier functions, accounts payable tasks and serve as the store Security & Health & Safety contact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience with demonstrated knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, administration and shipping/receiving.
- Fluent in Turkish and English (both mandatory); an additional language is advantageous.
- Proven organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadline.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable working with clients, peers and store leadership while adhering to brand standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail operations experience in luxury retail, covering merchandising, inventory management, shipping/receiving and post-sales client service.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification required; tertiary study in retail, business or logistics is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Besiktas, Istanbul, Turkey, with easy access to Istanbul.
