Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional—seasonal role in Boston. Support retail operations, inventory, and client service. $20.40–$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning, transfers, and repair intake
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Provide exceptional client service and demonstrate the Tiffany brand ambassador experience during every interaction
- Partner with sales professionals to cultivate client relationships, capture interaction data, and support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Handle internal and external communications efficiently via phone and email to optimize sales opportunities and address client requests
- Execute hospitality best practices and store amenities to create memorable client experiences aligned with the Tiffany Experience Initiative
- Support operational efficiency by maximizing productivity, providing process feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in retail, customer service, or operations environments; prior luxury retail exposure is beneficial but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist designation or prior coursework through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
