Tiffany & Co. Store Manager role in Sydney – lead luxury retail, manage teams, and develop VIP clientele in this permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze store business performance and develop focused action plans to drive sales results and profitability
- Provide strategic direction to store leadership and sales teams through clear communication and daily briefings
- Deliver consistent coaching and feedback to develop a high-performance culture and team capability
- Ensure seamless and luxurious client experiences in-store, responding to customer feedback and concerns
- Develop and execute client development plans to engage, cultivate, and grow relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clientele
- Lead visual merchandising strategy and product assortment decisions to optimize sales performance
- Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory, and compliance with luxury service standards
- Contribute hands-on support on the sales floor and across operational functions as business needs dictate
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience leading teams of at least 15 people in retail or client-focused environments
- Proven track record of sales generation and achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Experience partnering with and selling to high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrated ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism with both clients and staff
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environments
- In-depth technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones is highly advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of at least 15 people in retail or client-focused sectors such as hospitality, events, banking, or luxury retail. Experience in sales generation, target achievement, and client relationship management required.
