Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Manager in Stockholm to lead boutique sales, clienteling and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client service and consistently achieve sales and client experience KPIs.
  • Drive commercial strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset: identify opportunities, develop client acquisition plans and expand high-end networks.
  • Coach and develop sales and operations staff through on-floor leadership, performance feedback and targeted training.
  • Ensure operational excellence across inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling and omnichannel processes to maintain store accuracy and accountability.
  • Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to share market feedback, implement brand initiatives and adopt new tools and systems.
  • Maintain full compliance with brand and LVMH procedures, ensuring seamless coordination between client-facing and back-office teams.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance team culture that prioritizes talent retention, engagement and professional growth.
  • Represent the brand externally, building relationships within local communities and leveraging competitor insights to refine store strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of sales management experience, ideally within luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in omnichannel luxury environments with measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated capability in recruitment, development and retention of client-facing and operational talent.
  • Established high-end network and experience acquiring and cultivating a premium client base.
  • Flexible availability to work non-standard retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred: college/university degree.

Experience
