Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Manager in Guangzhou (Yuexiu District) to lead boutique sales, operations and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the entire commercial team to execute the sales strategy, set and achieve sales targets, and develop sales methodology and forecasting.
  • Provide visible sales leadership on the selling floor; recruit, evaluate, train, schedule and discipline staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Design and implement in-store events, incentives and action plans to build local clientele and drive product-category growth.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, shrink control and merchandise assortment; collaborate with merchandising to optimise stock mix and presentation.
  • Oversee all store operations including billing, daily reconciliation, bank statements, cost control, security and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Drive superior customer service and CRM practices (including COMPASS) to enhance VIP relationships, loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Produce monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports and ensure correct use of staffing plans and retail systems (GE, POS).
  • Act as a cross-functional partner with sales, retail operations, marketing, merchandising, HR, training, finance and operations to ensure flawless retail execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years retail management experience; luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven P&L management experience with strong commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated team-building, leadership and people development capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and visual merchandising skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel for business.

Experience
