Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Manager in Seoul department stores to lead luxury jewellery sales, clienteling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver individual and store-level sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets and KPIs in Seoul department store concessions.
- Lead client development through proactive clienteling and relationship management to grow high-value accounts and repeat business.
- Uphold and enhance the Tiffany brand positioning as a luxury jeweller through exceptional presentation, merchandising and customer experience.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, regular stock audits per regulatory and company procedures, product stewardship and POS sales updates.
- Drive team performance through coaching, scheduling, recruitment support and performance reviews to ensure high standards of service and sales execution.
- Ensure compliance with company loss-prevention, merchandising and operational policies and support visual merchandising standards within the department store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum seven (7) years of sales experience in luxury jewellery, with demonstrable results in a department-store or boutique environment.
- Proven ability to understand and achieve both individual and store-level sales objectives and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused disposition and refined presentation.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules required by department store trading hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Candidates who are veterans or persons with disabilities will be given preference in accordance with applicable local law.
- Degree in a jewellery-related discipline or relevant gemology certification preferred.

Experience
Minimum seven years of progressive luxury jewellery sales experience, preferably including managerial or supervisory responsibility within department store concessions or standalone boutiques.
Education
Relevant post-secondary education in jewellery, gemology or a related discipline preferred; professional gemological certifications advantageous.
