Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales achievement and lifetime client loyalty by deepening relationships and managing team performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
  • Lead the sales floor with personal client engagement, modeling the Tiffany Experience and championing the brand's core cultural values
  • Elevate in-store experience by coaching the team based on Tiffany Experience Index feedback and optimizing hospitality to create memorable moments
  • Manage operational efficiency including back-of-house oversight, internal control compliance, and resource allocation to support sales and clienteling initiatives
  • Develop and execute a talent action plan for each team member, providing continuous training, coaching, qualitative feedback, and performance management to enhance engagement and retention
  • Recruit and build a pipeline of diverse, multilingual, highly skilled talent to ensure a best-in-class service and selling organization
  • Assume full operational responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Director
  • Drive business through key product pillars and execute client development activities to cultivate new and existing relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or relevant customer-focused experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record of generating sales and achieving sales results and targets
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while building brand recognition and market penetration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to work across various roles based on business needs (sales floor, operations, etc.)
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience

Education

College or university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
