Store Manager position at Tiffany & Co. in Charlotte, NC. Lead sales, operations, and client experience for luxury jewelry retailer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and support the sales, operations, and security team members to meet and exceed sales plans while elevating the Tiffany store experience
  • Assume oversight of store operations in the absence of the Store Director
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor, managing client relationships personally, and driving business through key product pillars
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty; manage and motivate team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and modeling behavior based on Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) feedback
  • Act as Guest Experience manager on the sales floor, coaching team on the Power of Blue selling ceremony and ensuring Tiffany client experience expectations are consistently met
  • Ensure exceptional operational support through efficient back-of-house management and consistency with established procedures; partner with Market Operations Manager to optimize resources
  • Recruit, hire, and develop talent to build a winning team; create and execute Talent Action Plans for each employee
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and qualitative feedback; utilize reward, recognition, and performance management processes to improve team engagement and performance
  • Network and recruit diverse, multi-lingual talent to build a pipeline of highly skilled candidates

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
  • Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification or equivalent gemology coursework (preferred)
