Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop sales and operations to meet or exceed business and profitability objectives.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and guide the team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
- Cultivate a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation while embodying LVMH values.
- Strengthen customer relationships to achieve business goals and foster long-term loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently exceed store objectives.
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Ensure continuous management presence on the sales floor to enhance the Tiffany customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail management or a related customer-focused industry.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Bilingual proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail management or a related field.
Education
University degree preferred; Gemology degree is an advantage.
