Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales and operations to meet or exceed business and profitability objectives.
  • Foster a climate of service excellence and guide the team to deliver extraordinary customer experiences.
  • Cultivate a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation while embodying LVMH values.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to achieve business goals and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently exceed store objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in luxury retail management or a related customer-focused industry.
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Flexibility in work schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail management or a related field.

Education
