Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Store Manager in Bangkok — lead boutique operations, sales and client experience for Tiffany's Bangkok store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability objectives, with direct ownership of store P&L drivers and KPI delivery.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; set performance standards, conduct reviews and manage succession.
- Create and sustain an exceptional client experience through personalised clienteling, portfolio development and long-term relationship management.
- Ensure operational excellence across inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising standards, loss prevention and store maintenance.
- Execute local market development and brand penetration activities in coordination with Market leadership, including events and VIP initiatives.
- Produce timely store reporting, sales forecasting and budget adherence; partner with regional teams on merchandising and commercial planning.
- Uphold Tiffany brand standards and values in service, presentation and team conduct, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and luxury retail protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including significant retail management or luxury retail leadership.
- Proven track record of managing store profitability, operational processes and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and retain high-performing teams in a customer-centric luxury environment.
- Established experience in client development, VIP servicing and local market activation.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and familiarity with retail KPIs and forecasting.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience with multiple years in a management role, preferably within luxury jewellery, watches or premium fashion. Proven success in driving sales, managing store operations and developing client portfolios.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or equivalent professional experience.
