Tiffany & Co. Store Manager position in Amsterdam. Lead boutique operations, sales team, and guest experience in luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales, operations, and security team members to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending, while managing individual team member development activities
  • Elevate in-store experience by modeling and coaching based on Voice of Client feedback, ensuring delivery of Tiffany's premium service expectations
  • Manage back-of-house operations efficiently and ensure consistency with established operational procedures and internal control compliance
  • Demonstrate active sales leadership by engaging on the sales floor, managing key client relationships, and driving business through product pillars
  • Recruit, hire, and develop diverse, multilingual talent; create Individual Development Plans and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Partner with the Operations Team to optimize resource allocation, hospitality amenities, and store logistics
  • Act as the guest experience presence, ensuring the selling ceremony and Tiffany experience standards are delivered consistently

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and consistent achievement of sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while building brand recognition
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the Netherlands
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English; additional languages appreciated
  • Familiarity with jewelry, watches, and fine goods is advantageous
