Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all sales and store operations to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets in partnership with the Market Vice President.
- Actively develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty, retention and spend; personally manage key client relationships and participate on the sales floor.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate store management and sales teams to deliver the Tiffany Experience, using TEI (Tiffany Experience Index) and Voice of Client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Design and execute the store Talent Action Plan: recruit, hire, assess capabilities, build development plans and manage performance and recognition processes.
- Implement merchandising and product-pillar strategies to capitalise on business opportunities and optimise store assortments and hospitality offerings.
- Ensure exemplary guest experience through consistent service rituals (Power of Blue selling ceremony), store amenities and elevated hospitality standards.
- Oversee use of clienteling and POS/client tracking systems to ensure accurate client records, follow-up and business reporting.
- Adapt to operational needs by performing across functions (sales floor, operations) and maintaining flexibility for non-traditional hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving business growth.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays, and to perform various operational roles as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) platforms.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality, with demonstrated success in generating sales and leading store teams.
Education
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist credential or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
