Tiffany & Co. seeks Store Director for Sydney Flagship location to lead strategic operations and drive luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze store business performance and develop focused action plans to improve results by leveraging client relationships, team capabilities, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations
  • Provide strategic direction to store leadership and sales teams through morning briefings and comprehensive goal-setting sessions
  • Drive daily coaching and feedback initiatives to develop and sustain a high-performing, winning culture within the store team
  • Ensure consistent delivery of a seamless and luxurious client experience in-store, responding proactively to client feedback
  • Develop and execute a client development strategy to engage, cultivate, and grow high-value and VIP client relationships, fostering long-term meaningful partnerships

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience leading large teams in retail or client-focused environments
  • Demonstrated experience in sales generation and achievement of sales results
  • Proven track record working towards targets and KPIs
  • Experience partnering with high-net-worth individuals in sales environments
  • Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism among clients and staff members
  • Proven ability and desire to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, changing environments
  • Flexibility to work across various roles based on business needs, including sales floor and operations
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • In-depth technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones (highly advantageous)
