Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Director in St. Louis to lead store sales, client experience and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store sales and operational activities to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.
- Deepen and manage client relationships personally and through the team to drive lifetime loyalty and incremental spend.
- Operate as a visible sales leader on the shop floor, coaching and developing staff to deliver the Tiffany client experience and the Power of Blue selling ceremony.
- Implement and act on TEI (Tiffany Experience Index) and Voice of Client feedback to continuously elevate guest experience.
- Recruit, evaluate and develop talent; create and execute a Talent Action Plan to build a high-performing, diverse, multilingual team.
- Partner with the Market Vice President on local business strategy, merchandising priorities and KPI delivery.
- Ensure excellence in store hospitality and amenities, and maintain operational standards including POS and clienteling systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles.
- Proven track record of generating sales and managing teams to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client penetration in market.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales management experience in retail or luxury retail, or equivalent client-facing experience in hospitality, with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
Education
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is a plus.
