Tiffany & Co. Store Director position in Oak Brook, United States; lead luxury retail sales and operations with $144,500–$170,000 compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales and operations team to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets while establishing a climate of service excellence
- Drive client relationship development and lifetime loyalty through strategic sales initiatives and personal engagement on the sales floor
- Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, identify business opportunities, and manage team performance across key product pillars
- Elevate the in-store experience by coaching the team on Tiffany Experience Index standards, acting on client feedback, and optimizing hospitality initiatives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Action Plan, including recruitment, capability assessment, performance coaching, and career development for all team members
- Model Tiffany Cultural Values (Create the Dream, Be Bold, Win with Passion, Do the Right Thing, Be Brilliant Together) and maintain service excellence standards across all client interactions
- Collaborate with the Market Vice President on strategic initiatives and maintain alignment with corporate objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing industries such as hospitality
- Demonstrated track record in sales generation and consistent achievement of sales goals and profitability targets
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining and deepening existing client relationships
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sale (POS) platforms
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification or equivalent gemological training (preferred)

Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related service industries such as hospitality. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record in sales generation, achievement of sales goals, and successful team leadership in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred). Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification or coursework is strongly preferred but not required.
