Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store sales and operations to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets in partnership with the Market Vice President.
  • Actively drive client development and retention by deepening relationships, personally managing key client accounts and modelling best-in-class selling behaviours on the sales floor.
  • Create and sustain an exceptional in-store client experience by implementing Tiffany service standards, coaching to Voice of Client (TEI) feedback and ensuring consistent execution of the Power of Blue selling ceremony.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing, diverse talent; build and execute a Talent Action Plan and individual development programmes to grow capability and career progression.
  • Coach managers and associates through qualitative feedback, performance management and recognition to maintain high engagement and service excellence.
  • Optimize store hospitality, amenities and merchandising to deliver memorable moments and strengthen brand differentiation in market.
  • Interpret client feedback and TEI metrics into operational actions that improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assume flexible roles across sales and operations as business needs demand and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving sales generation and achieving measurable sales targets.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain high-value client relationships to increase brand penetration.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays and to perform varied roles across the store.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point), client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
