Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales and operations team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.

- Build and maintain spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.

- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Recruit and develop a successful team, prioritizing diversity and inclusivity.
- Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent at all levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $165,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
