Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Store Director in Macau — senior retail leader responsible for sales, client development and operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the store, driving achievement and outperformance of annual sales plans and profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to increase store traffic, conversion and client spend, using market and competitive insight to capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Lead client development strategies with an emphasis on cultivating long‑term relationships and elevating clients toward High Jewellery through personalised service.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and implement succession plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence across inventory control, back‑end systems, loss prevention, visual merchandising and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams (Merchandising, Operations, Finance, HR, CVM, Marketing) to align store execution with wider business directives.
  • Use CRM, sales reporting tools and analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps and deliver actionable improvements; manage client feedback and aftercare.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience, including demonstrable leadership in luxury jewellery or premium luxury retail.
  • Proven commercial acumen with track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets; experience with P&L oversight.
  • Strong people leadership skills: recruitment, coaching, performance management and succession planning in a boutique or flagship environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, sales reporting/analytics and inventory management processes.
  • Deep understanding of visual merchandising, store operations, security and compliance standards applicable to high‑value merchandise.
  • Exceptional client service orientation with the ability to build long‑term client relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
