Tiffany & Co. seeks experienced Store Director for Las Vegas location. Lead sales, operations, and team development. $123.5K–$174K annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop store sales and operations teams to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Build a climate of service excellence, embodying LVMH values of entrepreneurship, creativity, and excellence
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty and spend
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Deliver Tiffany Touch moments to both team members and clients through personal relationship management
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars
  • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments
  • Lead and coach based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to elevate the Tiffany Experience
  • Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences
  • Cast and elevate talent to ensure a winning team and best-in-class service organization
  • Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments for team growth
  • Assess capabilities and build robust development plans to grow talent at all levels
  • Provide qualitative feedback and utilize reward and recognition systems to improve engagement and performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related hospitality roles
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships whilst ensuring brand penetration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
