Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store sales and operations to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Champion the Tiffany client experience on the sales floor by modeling, coaching and ensuring consistent delivery of the Power of Blue selling ceremony and other brand rituals.
  • Develop and execute store-level commercial plans that deepen client relationships, drive lifetime value and expand market penetration.
  • Recruit, develop and retain high-performing talent; implement Talent Action Plans, provide regular coaching and manage performance and recognition programs.
  • Use TEI (Tiffany Experience Index) and client feedback to shape service improvements and optimize in‑store hospitality and amenities.
  • Partner with the Market Vice President and cross-functional teams to align merchandising, inventory and promotional initiatives with store objectives.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of progressive sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, client development and driving store-level profitability.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Experience

Minimum seven years of progressive sales and people-management experience in luxury retail or a closely related client-facing industry; demonstrated success managing store P&L, developing client pipelines and coaching multi‑disciplinary teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist designation or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is a strong plus.
