Tiffany & Co. Store Director in Honolulu—lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop sales and operations teams to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets
  • Drive client relationship development and lifetime loyalty through personal engagement and the Tiffany Touch experience
  • Identify and implement commercial opportunities to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Elevate in-store experiences through NPS management, coaching on selling ceremonies, and hospitality optimization
  • Cast and develop talent, prioritize diversity and inclusion, and build robust development plans for team members
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance management to enhance team engagement and results
  • Build influence and drive brand recognition within the store, shopping center, and local market
  • Manage flexible scheduling across days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or related client-facing environments (hospitality)
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achievement of sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
  • Strong leadership capabilities with ability to build and inspire high-performing teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (desired)

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 123,500 to USD 174,000 per annum.
