Tiffany & Co. seeks a Store Director in Hong Kong to lead flagship retail operations, drive high‑jewellery sales and develop a high‑performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and deliver annual sales targets through strategic planning, business development and performance management.
- Develop and execute store business plans to increase traffic, conversion and average transaction value, with a targeted emphasis on high‑jewellery progression.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, HR, CVM and Marketing to align initiatives and optimise store performance.
- Drive client development strategies using CRM and targeted outreach to cultivate long‑term relationships and increase repeat visitation.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high‑performing retail team through coaching, performance reviews, succession planning and continuous training.
- Ensure operational excellence across inventory control, back‑end systems, visual merchandising, security and compliance with corporate standards.
- Analyse sales reporting and store analytics to identify performance gaps, propose corrective actions and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Act as the principal brand ambassador in‑store, managing client feedback, resolving complaints and upholding Tiffany’s service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including frontline leadership of a boutique or flagship store.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store financials / P&L.
- Demonstrated experience with client development in high‑value jewellery or related luxury categories.
- Strong ability to lead, coach and develop teams; experience in succession planning and performance management.
- Deep knowledge of retail operations including inventory control, visual merchandising and security protocols.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Fluency in business English; additional local language proficiency advantageous (not explicitly required).

Experience
At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail, including leadership of a multi‑discipline boutique or flagship store with demonstrable success selling high‑value jewellery or comparable luxury goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
