Tiffany & Co. Store Director position in Fort Worth, Texas. Lead retail store operations, sales, and talent development for a luxury jewelry retailer.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop store sales and operations to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets in collaboration with the Market Vice President
  • Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty and spend; identify business opportunities and implement actions to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Direct managers to drive client development activities and cultivate new and existing client relationships
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and personally managing key client accounts
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars
  • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and leading based on Voice of Client Survey feedback
  • Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on Tiffany Experience Index standards
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique and compelling client experiences
  • Take action on customer feedback and performance metrics to improve service delivery
  • Elevate and hire talent to build a winning, best-in-class service and selling organization
  • Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan; accurately assess capabilities and build development plans for growth at all levels
  • Network and recruit to build a diverse, multilingual pipeline of highly skilled talent

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-facing sectors such as hospitality
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships while ensuring brand recognition and market penetration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College/university degree preferred
  • Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work preferred
