Tiffany & Co. Store Director role in Dallas, Texas. Lead sales, operations, and team development at a flagship luxury jewelry location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute store sales strategy to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving client lifetime loyalty and spend
- Develop and mentor sales managers and associates to cultivate new and existing client relationships, personally managing key accounts and modeling active sales floor engagement
- Elevate the in-store experience through consistent execution of Tiffany's service standards, particularly the Power of Blue selling ceremony, and act on TEI (Voice of Client Survey) feedback to drive guest experience improvements
- Implement hospitality initiatives and optimize store amenities to create distinctive, memorable client moments that reinforce brand positioning
- Execute a comprehensive Talent Action Plan that includes recruitment, capability assessment, development planning, performance management, and recognition of high-performing team members
- Partner with the Market Vice President to align store strategy with regional and corporate objectives and report on performance metrics
- Manage store operations flexibly, contributing across sales floor, operations, and administrative functions as business needs require
- Ensure brand recognition and market penetration by identifying and capitalizing on local business development opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-centered hospitality environments
- Demonstrated track record of sales generation and consistent achievement of aggressive sales goals in a multi-million-dollar retail setting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), client relationship management systems, and Point of Sales (POS) platforms
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, cultivate and retain client relationships, and drive brand penetration in competitive markets
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire diverse, multilingual talent
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States

Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-centered hospitality environments. Proven expertise in driving sales growth, managing teams, and delivering service excellence in an upscale retail setting.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or coursework through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is preferred.
